About Heard County Court Docket

Heard County court dockets and case records are divided among Superior, Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile, and municipal custodians. Georgia has no single public database that joins them all. This private reference site organizes the official office, portal, address, and phone routes so a reader can begin with the court that actually holds the requested record.

Why We Built This Site

Georgia permits broad access to many court files, yet custody is split. Tammy Teal keeps Heard County Superior Court records, while Magistrate and Probate use separate counters and municipal clerks handle city matters. PeachCourt provides account-based access for Heard Superior, but it is not a statewide search for every court. The site brings those distinct official routes, request steps, and record limits into one county-focused reference.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Heard County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court schedule and confirm a hearing setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a docket search through the correct Superior, county, or city channel
  • Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are requested from the proper clerk

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Georgia court, clerk, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
